Refund , Return, & Exchange Policy
We have a no REFUND policy.
However, we will exchange an item up to 5 business days after your order is received. ONLY if you have received the wrong item:
for example, if the item is the wrong size.
To request an exchange please fill out the Contact Us form. Please give us 24 hours to respond.
Upon approval and return of the product, you will receive a new tracking number.
If you have received a tracking number but your package has not arrived please contact your local post office.
Vendor booths are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by our organization.
